At coming PLAST 09, we, Comac Srl and M/s AMUT Spa - a.m.u. Apparecchiature Macchine Utensili SpA , manufacturers with whom we have been extensively cooperating in the recent years, will have contiguous stands close to the center of hall 13.
In our own stand Number B31, we will exhinit a corotating twin screw extruder belonging to the latest HT Comac's generation ; among its features, an actual specific torque on each screw like 11 Nm/cm3 (standard on all Comac's HT extruders) and the highly reliable High Torque Comac's gearbox (guaranteed 50000 hours of continuous operation at full load); modular barrel with easy to clean cooling channels and ultimate safety joints.
In AMUT/a.m.u.'s stand Number B29/C20, various equipment will be exhibited; including two lines in operation: a sheet line producing food grade co-extruded thermofrmable sheets, equipped with a special EBC 70HT/44D Comac corotating twin screw extruder for fully dryerless processing of 100% R-PET /typically, bottle flakes) into the sheet inner layer while outer layers come from virgin polymer provided by a small AMUT single screw extruder with dryer; and, a thermoforming line.
